some of my favorite things on the web

Wolfram MathWorld
Eric Weisstein (Wolfram MathWorld creator) made a nice site, especially for the mathy folks.

The Read
We love a good read, now.

James Baldwin on Education
This short interview [full interview here] with James Baldwin in 1974 at UC Berkeley makes a great point about the connection between cities and education, as it pertains to improving our system of education. I find this especially relevant given the current, and expanding, issues in education.

Soul Train
Not only is this a great compilation of music - that will keep you grooving for almost 90 minutes - but it is accompanied by some great dancing! I grew up dancing, and I was a choreographer in college. We love to cut a rug.

Desmos has this nice Polynomial Models and Regression tool

Some beats I made
I like to play around and make beats from time to time. This is a track I made a few years back. Yes, that is me in the baby pic.
